Job Title: Sales Representative – Environmental & Sustainability Services

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business and maintaining client relationships by selling the full range of services offered by Resilient Sources. This role focuses on prospecting, presenting solutions, closing deals, and supporting customers across industries that require sustainable waste, recycling, and environmental service solutions.

  • Actively promote and sell all services provided by Resilient Sources to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the food service, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
  • Work closely with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on company services, industry trends, and regulatory considerations impacting customers.
  • Represent Resilient Sources in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, environmental services, waste management, recycling, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications, email, and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling environmental, sustainability, or industrial services.
  • Established network within food service, hospitality, or commercial operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales approaches.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and travel to customer locations.
  • May occasionally lift or carry marketing materials or equipment up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on customer sites as required.

Work Environment

This position is primarily field-based with time spent at customer locations, in a company or personal vehicle, and in an office or home-office environment.

Job Title: Grease Route Driver

Job Summary

The Grease Route Driver is responsible for operating a grease collection truck to collect used cooking oil while providing high-quality service to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pumps or loads grease containers; ensures cleanliness of containers and surrounding areas; returns containers with screens and locks properly secured.
  • Notes any damage to containers or corral areas and reports issues appropriately.
  • Properly completes route tickets, including obtaining customer signatures.
  • Manages and completes an established route as assigned.
  • Maintains full responsibility for the company vehicle and keeps it in clean operating condition.
  • Conducts all required safety checks and vehicle inspections; operates the vehicle in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Adheres to all company safety rules and attends required safety meetings; may be asked to serve on the Safety Committee.
  • Maintains excellent customer relationships by presenting a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Completes all required company documentation in accordance with company policies, including route tickets, driver vehicle inspection reports, accident reports, mileage reports, and service forms.
  • Maintains and updates the vehicle condition report on a daily basis.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Minimum of two years of experience operating a vehicle similar to a grease route truck.
  • Current CDL with proper endorsements.
  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse at https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous route experience in a customer-oriented environment preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Dependable and reliable, with flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
  • Strong math and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safe operation and general maintenance of commercial motor vehicles.

Job Title: Grease Trap Driver

Job Summary

The Route / Grease Trap Driver collects waste cooking oil from grease traps at restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals by utilizing a pumper truck.

  • Empties customers’ wastewater containers utilizing a company vehicle by pumping contents into a tanker.
  • Ensures cleanliness of the trap area and cleans all spilled grease if necessary.
  • Provides customers with a receipt of service.
  • Has full responsibility for the company vehicle, including cleanliness and pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Completes a daily vehicle condition report and operates under all company safety standards.
  • Maintains excellent customer service relations by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Class B CDL license with tanker endorsement.
  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse at https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Class A CDL license with tanker endorsement preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience operating a commercial vehicle with a vacuum system preferred.
  • Good driving record.
  • Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers.

Physical Demands

  • Constantly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
  • Occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift up to 80 lbs.

Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in a commercial vehicle servicing approximately 10–15 customers per day and in a plant environment.

Job Title: Mobile Wash Driver

Job Summary

The Mobile Wash Driver is responsible for maintaining, installing, and removing in-field equipment at customer locations, as well as managing new and used containers in inventory.

  • Responsible for maintenance on containers in use at customer locations; must obtain location manager’s approval of completed work.
  • Documents any damage or problems with containers and reports issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintains supply inventory of both new and reconditioned tanks.
  • Cleans truck, used containers, and general work areas as required to meet sanitation standards.
  • Maintains the company vehicle in the cleanest possible condition and completes a daily vehicle condition report for submission to the Fleet Manager.
  • Operates the vehicle in accordance with federal, state, local, and company safety policies and maintains a DOT e-Log as required.
  • Provides excellent customer service by demonstrating a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CDL Class B with tanker endorsement required.
  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse at https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CDL Class A with tanker endorsement preferred.
  • Experience with pressure washers and forklifts is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player who works well with others.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 100 lbs.
  • Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
